  No 2-cup pod
  I am unable to use the 2-cup sachets I have bought. Do I need a 2-cup pod to replace the 1-cup pod I have? If so, where do I get one from, please?

  no suction
  Water stays in the tank and doesn't stop blinking. No sounds to show it's working. Lights do come on.
