Water dispenser is lined up incorrectly?
When a cup is pushed against the lever for hot water or coffee, the water comes out pouring IN BETWEEN the cup and the coffee pot. Is there a way to point the water nozzle OUT rather than straight down where it is now? It's a mess every time!

I don't have the manual for my espresso machine. I can't seem to find one online either. It's a Krups XP4020 Expert Espresso Coffee Maker. I generally have an idea on how to use it. I just want to know it more so I can use it better, (the right way) instead of guessing.

The tank where the filter goes keeps filling up with water. When the coffee is done brewing, it remains full so it's hard to put new coffee in the filter. Is there a way to fix this? I have only had the machine for about 3 months. Thanks so much for your help!

Coffee brewer only brews for 20 secons
DE791B1064 is the product. We push on and the brewing indicator light goes on for around 20 seconds the stops. Then I read the manual a few more time and tried automatic programed brewing. When the time for brewing came up on the clock it started brewing but stopped after around 20 seconds. …
