The screnn reads, "F3," and it will not function correctly. No matter what I set the oven to, it will work for just a little over a couple of minutes and then it stops and "F3" shows on the screen. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Tina

preheat time
Sharp 1870 convection oven.. how long does it take to preheat the oven before cooking... the preheat last night stayed on, 35 mins. to cook french fries, doesn't seem rite.

I need assistance with my convection oven. Every time I try to set either the temperature or any other functions i get 3 zeros on the display screen along with ongoing beeps that don't go away unless I unplug the unit. Can you tell me if there's something I need to do on it?

I bought this convection oven at Aldi, about 2 + yrs ago. It did not have a manual with it. It would be good to know what exactly I can use it. Baking cakes also, or just meat?

cleaning the oven.
I cannot get the oven to come on for self cleaning. The door is now locked and will not open, but it is also not heating up. I have tried setting the start and stop timer but it still is not working. It has a brand new computer in it so I don't know what the problem can be.

I too have been looking for assistance in how to use my Oster Model OTM1101VBS convection microwave. I think we were all duped when we purchased this product. I will never trust Oster again as, from what I have seen on various sites, is that they will not assist you with any of these problems.

popcorn setting
Unable to pop popcorn - have tried using the preset setting, and have tried punching in times. Will not pop all the way. I just have the metal tray that came with oven - do I need a glass one to pop popcorn?

Heats Slowly
Our oven heats, but it is very slow coming to temperature. I takes even longer to arrive at temperatures over ~375 to 400.
Everything else seems to work.
Could this be a result of one of the elements being burned out? Any other possibilities?

Door is stuck shut

Oven will not heat

Number color change
My Thermador oven currently projects the numbers for the clock, timer, and temperatures in green. Is there a way to change this color to red? I have trouble seeing blues and greens and need to be able to see these numbers more clearly in order to use my oven.

oven keeps turning off by itself
trying to preheat and works for about a minute or so and then registers F38 on the face of the oven.
