Pilot light will not stay lit.
Fryer works fine until you reach 250 degrees or above. Above 250 degrees the main burners kick off at the setpoint and the pilot light goes out also and will not stay lit.

instructions on draining grease, pilot lights
can it be drained while hot??? If not, what will it do to it?? Boss wants to drain while hot and along with safety I have heard other things will happen. Also, pilot lights will not stay lit.
