Selections button will not switch cycles. It appears to be stuck or need replacing. Please tell me if it needs replacing and where to get the part.

Fault in dishwasher
dishwasher runs normal for a couple of minutes then stops . fill / drain starts flashing. reset machine and it repeats the same problem . checked drain hose and filler hose , both OK.

1473 runs for hours
I found that the main power relaycontacts had welded together.
I replaced it with a solid state zerovoltage switch input 3 to 32 volts Dc out put controlles 90 to 240 Vac at 15 amps
this was two years ago works perfectally now (Ie a Crydom Co. EZ240D12S) specifications at http://www.crydom.com/…

Dishwasher problems
I started the dishwasher and about 1/2 hour later it just shut off. It appears it's not even getting power. We checked and it's still plugged in and the breaker is fine. Any ideas?

Water pump problems
don't buy this machine unless you buy it with several spare pumps - I went through 2 pumps since I bought it just over 2 years ago and now the pump has failed again (no pressure). We rinse all dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and I also had a service man put the 2nd pump in. I believe …

Dishwaher will not turn off
When cycle completd, dishwasher continues to pump water. Will not stop unless turned off at main switch. No lights operate on display unit when you switch power back on at mains. It will still run through a cycle but keeps going. Unit about 6 yrs old and never had any problems with it.

replace door seal to eliminate water leak
I replaced the the door seal, Maytag part #902894, for $34.99. I saved $100 in labor quoted, and it took me about 5 min. to do it. Very simple.
