broken oven
The oven is kicking out cold air. the fan and lights works, and the grill and hob, but presumably the heating element is broken. Can you confirm is this is the correct assumption and recommend how I go about repairing it?

Cooker Not working
We have zanussi zkc5030w1 cooker. all of a sudden the fan in the oven stopped working. we tried to follow the manual and cancelled any programmes which may have been set, and now none of the oven will work at all. HELP!

Always in warm mode
Yesterday when tried to cook rice within 5 mins it came to warm mode and after that if i try to shift to cook mode it is always staying at warm mode.Can you help me out.
