broken oven
The oven is kicking out cold air. the fan and lights works, and the grill and hob, but presumably the heating element is broken. Can you confirm is this is the correct assumption and recommend how I go about repairing it?

Cooker Not working
We have zanussi zkc5030w1 cooker. all of a sudden the fan in the oven stopped working. we tried to follow the manual and cancelled any programmes which may have been set, and now none of the oven will work at all. HELP!

Fan oven element stays on when control panel switch is turned off and fan has stopped. This happens mainly when oven has been operating for a while. Is this caused by a faulty thermostat?

Problems x 2
When it gets to high preasure it reverts to nil on timer and enters 'keep warm mode.'
It also leaks a small amount of steam arround the rim of the lid.

Only right hand hobs work
Cooker connected as handbook i.e. Live to #1, Neutral to #4 and Earth to PE. Can see connecting plate between #4 and #5 but no connecting plate between #1, #2 and #3. Do you have to link #1, #2 and #3 together?

I bought the Wolfgang Puck Pressure Cooker at HSN last summer and had plenty of trouble with it. Right now it is not working at all any more. On the display it says "E4". It also didn't heat and keep the steam anymore. What does that mean? Can that be fixed or do I have to complain about it to HSN?

main oven
the main oven on this cooker is not working. The fan and lamp do work but there is no heat. The main element has been ckecked and is fine.
