Switch problem
The switch seems to be loose and one can move it from the outside to turn it off/on but can get electric shock. Do you recommend a new switch or a new disposal?

Leeking GC 2000 Garbage disposal
My GC 2000 Garbage disposal was clogged then started to leeking from the bottom. Can I fix it or should buy a new one. Can I buy a different maker and model or I have to stick with the same one.

How to use the self-service wrench
I need to retrieve two marbles that dropped into my disposal; can't find my manual; have been turning the self-service wrench inserted into the bottom of the disposal, but it doesn't seem to be coming loose. Do I just keep turning or what?

Disposal is vibrating and making a noise. Tried hitting reset and turned crank. It works it just vibrates more than it should and is louder than it should be.

dishwasher drain plug
installer didn't take out the dishwasher plug before installing. I punched it out but lost it in the disposal. It now makes a horrendous noise when operating. How do I find the stopper and remove it.

Disposal stopped working while in use.
While using disposal, it just stopped. Hit reset button, but nothing happens, It only makes a buzzing sound when I try to turn it on. Was disposing Salad and beans when it stopped. Have family here ...need help. Unit only 6 months old.

Removing
I am trying to replace my GC1000 disposal and can't remove the flange from under the sink. The thing is on there so tight it won't budge. From the perspective of the top of the disposal, I'm trying to twist is counter clockwise, but it is on solid.
Any suggestions?

Leaking water
There appears to be a broken weld or dried seal around bottom circumference that allows a small amount of water (maybe a cupful with every load of dishes rinsed in this side of sink) to leak.
Is there a repair, seal / replacement like "Bars Stop Leak" for automobile radiators, available?

broken glass got in sink and apparently into disposal. Disposal now does not operate. When turned on, it hums, but does not spin or operate. I've disconnected all hoses, etc. but can not figure out how to remove unit from sink. Please help explain how to disconnect unit form sink.

Reset Switch for Pro 333
My InSinkErator was left on without enough water and it just stopped. The holding container (under the sink) was hot and it just stopped running. Is there a reset switch or could it possibly be burnt up?

The unit runs...hums, but it does not grind nor dispose of material,,,,,,,eg. lemon cut into quarters, quarters have pulp removed but rind intact and does not dispose.
