Difficulty adjusting heat level.
Recently reingnited pilot in oven region. However, still not able to adjust flames to full potential. Only able to get heat or flame at preheat level.

gas pilot
my pilot will not owrk after having been cleaned by a new cleaning crew. what do i do? the left ranges work but not the right ranges. gas is being released but no clicking and no sparks.

Thermocouple
Can you tell me the part number of the thermocouple for this cooktop?? Also, my cooktop is about 5 years old and has a squar-er design rather than the rounded one of this current model. I'm assuming they are the same?? Any help will be appreciated! Yvonne

3 pin connection for the downdraft unit
I just installed one of these gas cooktop model JGP545 models. There is a 3 pin connection between the blower unit and the underside that is missing. Everything works excpet the fan because this wire was missing from the package. Can I get this wire? Should I make up one and connect it to the 6 pin …

clicking
I cleaned the cooktop and now the right burner stays red and makes the clicking noise. I've unplugged the entire unit over night and as soon as I plug it in, it starts to click again. When on with a pot on it, it stops clicking. What can I do to fix it.

Intermittent ExtraLow burner
ExtraLow burner will light when cool, but if turned off when hot will not re-light - - spark but no gas.

spark igniters won't stop sparking.
The cleaning ladies just left. Our GE gas cooktop has electric spark igniters. They won't stop sparking. I've disconnected the unit from the electrical power. Any ideas out there to fix the unit? I really can't remove the unit from the countertop!!n (GE cooktop, model# JPG626)

I need rubber feet or pads for the legs of my burner grates of my DCS gas cooktop They must have come without some of them, as my cooktop has been scratched since I bought it from the grates. I am missing 4.

Have moved into this flat with the above cooker.The top burners are ok but we do not have any clock or display of any sort.Should you have something in the display when switching on the electrical power or do you have to carry out the sequence in the ops manual?

The glow plug...or whatever it is called gets red hot but the burner won't light. Sometimes I get a strong gas odor.

Electric Ignitor
The electric ignitor is out of control. It ticks on its own and continues to 10-15 minutes even if we turn the knobs off, and then start ticking again on its own. Is there anything we can do or we need service personnel.

Burner doesn't light

Gas burners clicking
the normal sound when lighting the burner continues when one goes past light to say high and then continues once all burners are off. The Cooktop is seperate from the oven. The only way to stop the clicking is to turn off the breaker.
