  Please help find the manual for this Jenn-Air Gas Griddle
  I recently purchased a Jenn-Air #730-0337 Natural Gas Grill for Lowes, but there was no manual with it. I would like to find a manual.

  Burner/Gas leak
  One knob became extremely hot when cooking... had to use a hotpad to turn it off which wasn't easy. flame wouldn't go out until gas was turned off... can you tell me what piece is broken?
