Need a users Manual
Need a users manual for the above gas oven. I need help in how to start the gas oven. How do I start it turn the gas on first and then push the ignite button. Have tried this and nothing Happens.

I was cleaning my oven on nself-clean mode and had a grease fire. I called the fire dept. I cleared the self-clean mode but was unable to open the oven. I want to know if there is an over-ride so I could open the oven before it cooled down.

Oven Control
I have just moved into an apartment with a Technika oven however all of the cook option images have worn off. Is it possible to get a manual for this oven so i know where to turn the knob to. (Not sure of the model but have attached picture)

I have difficulty turning it on. Sometimes it comes on and sometimes not. And the highest it goes is gas mark 5. I don't know what temperature the gas mark relates to.
