this is a cappucino/expresso maker,might not be the exact model number. I have no instructions, so anything would be helpful.

EC10TW 2003 model (Tilt Kettle)
Low level indicator light does not not switch off although demineralised water 2.9 litres (100 OZ) has been filled. Tested the water level probe which is O.K.
Could you please advise the possible solutions?

Kambrook Elite Kettle
The base of my kettle will not work. The top kettle part is ok but the base electricial will not connect all the time.
Can this item be replaced.

Owner's Manual instuctions say "fill the kettle...with at least 0.5 liters" I need less so, in the interest of energy and time saving, I've used less without problems. Why is there a minimum amount? What problems or dangers may result?

Switch
Product is about a year old & the switch no longer works. It makes the "click" sound, but does not light & the kettle does not heat.
