cleaning the blades
I haven't been able to take the blades off to clean, there doesn't seem to be a switch or latch to take the blades off for cleaning.

I have been trying to download a copy of the owner's manual for the Juiceman Jr. Mod. JM-1 but every time I click on "Get this Manual" I get a message that the file has been damaged & could not be repaired.

can't switch on

Kenwood Juice Extractor
Motor does not run. Power indicator lights are on. I tried to press 1 and 2 as well asmn o o togggle in combination and without any result.

On/off Switch does not work.
The unit is plugged into a live socket. The 2 indicator lights are on. When I press i or 2, alone or at the same time as the toggle switch 0 0 nothing happens. It seems the motor is unoperational. the machine ias brand new. Howcan I have it repared? I don't have the manual, guarantee or proof of p…

Oster 3165 -can't remove the basket to clean
The stainless steel basket on the Oster 3165 I use is difficult to remove. Anyone know how I can lift this out to clean it?
The juicer works fine. I just used it, but the basket is tough to remove. I've tried turntable-ing it, but still it won't lift out.

A bit of plastic has been broken from where you place the fruit in the machine. Hence, it no longer mushes the fruit, the fruit comes directly in the top reservoir. Is there a place where we can spare parts so that we don't have to buy a whole new one?
