Problem with Kitchenaid combination microwave/convection oven
While trying to use microwave I'm getting a reading that simply says "door", I've checked the door and it appears to be closing properly. Anyone else experienced a problem with this.

intermittent touchpad problem
if the oven is beeping intermittently then the cells on the touchpad are failing and it could possibly turn itself on. the keypad needs replaced.
