Power Failure
Everytime we unplug and plug in the fridge the power failure LED light on the right side display starts flashing, it won't go away until you hold the reset button for 3 seconds. Could this be the filter that needs to be replaced or something on the fridge has failed, because there are already lights…

Evaporator fan does not work
The freezer went warm and the refer side went warm also I noticed the the evap. fan stopped working so I replaced the evaporator fan because it wasn't working. Now with the new one it still doesn't. What am I missing here? Is there a fuse I should check

Icemaker stopped making ice
Installed a valve kit but this did not sovle the problem; the whirlpool helpline said that the icemaker was likely broken; the signal that tells the icemaker to release water so that ice can be made; should we buy an icemaker unit?

Won't cool
Had the recall upgrade done in March before a week-long trip. Returned and parked on pad, connected to shore power as usual.
Had no reason to check the refrigerator until late May and found it off. Inspection revealed:
1) No 12VDC
2) Thermal Disk installed during upgrade tripped. Reset it.

I ice maker is no longer making ice. I sounds like it is making ice , but no ice ever drops. I week or so ago I did find a lot of water on the floor from freezer.

Ice build up on bottom of freezer
is this caused by a pluged drain that is up higher then the bottom of the freezer. some times water will leak from the front of
the freezer door.

fridge not working properly
After a series of power failures, our refrigerator stopped cooling. The freezer and ice maker are doing fine, but we had to put the fridge on the coldest setting and it barely keeps food cool.

Hi,
Our fridge(freezer) has been leaking water for the past week and since then the fridge is not cooling at all. There is a frost build-up in the freezer section.Can this be the source of the problem? Any help with this is greatly appreciated.Thank you

Dispenser
My water/ice dispenser just stopped working. I could see the green indicator but when I push the dispenser, the green indicator goes out and then it comes back on when I let go of the dispenser. Not sure what's wrong with it.

Refrigerator not cooling
I found the fan was being impeded by a piece of styrafoam and the cylinder next to the fan was very hot. I proceded to turn the machine off and allow it to cool. I have since turned it back on. It seems to be cooling, but is making a noise. I think the cylinder retains the freon, but not sure.
