Help in locating manuals
Need Schematice/Pictorial Parts Display or Picture of bottom compactor. Seems to be hanging on something underneath when I try to pull it out. It is frozen in the down position and I cannot pull out the traxh bin.

The Ram to my compactor is stuck down
The drive chain to my compactor broke, with the Ram down. I took the back off and I cannot get the ram to release so I can get the drawer out.

i am remodeling a kitchen with one of these compactors and am looking for stainless steel covers for the drawer fronts. dont know if any parts are available for this or not

wiring diagram
The operation cycle is damaged. The ram moves only up or down when the switch key is held manually. Originally the key was used to make a momentary contact and the compactor did the rest: start,go through a cycle, and stop automatically. Any comments are welcome.

Anything I should know?
Never owned a compactor before, is it so easy to run and maintain that an owner's manual isn't included? I paid over $1000 for this and I thought a manual would be included. We also have a garbage disposal, so it will never see food products so I am not concerned about that aspect of it.
