Kitchenaid KHVU761RSS hood
The front and rear lights have both gone out at the same time. I suspect something was disconnected while cleaning or maybe a fuse blew in the hood - ?? Can't find the product manual and the contractor won't tell me where it was purphased. It's about 3 years old. Can you help?

The light for the fan speed is always lit dim, and displays a partial "0". I also hear a low sound from the fan and goes out and repeats the process.

I dont have a manual for this unit but its about 2 years old. The lights (two) are at the back of the unit. They have burned out and I'm not sure how to replace them. Do they pull out straight down or do you unscrew them like a regular light bulb?

Vent raises very sluggishly, stops midway. When it does go all the way to the top and fan starts, button light flickers, fan barely starting as if locked rotor. Squirrel cage rotates freely. Vent lowers sluggishly and sometimes stops mid travel andhave to help it along. Can't see or feel any obs…

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN THE GREASE FROM THE "GRIDS" UNDER THE HOOD? I DON'T HAVE THE MANUAL AND I BELIEVE THERE MUST BE AN EASIER WAY THAN SOAKING THEM IN HOT WATER WITH MILD DETERGENT.

Changing fluro tube
