CLEANING
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN THE GREASE FROM THE "GRIDS" UNDER THE HOOD? I DON'T HAVE THE MANUAL AND I BELIEVE THERE MUST BE AN EASIER WAY THAN SOAKING THEM IN HOT WATER WITH MILD DETERGENT.

Changing fluro tube
Hi I have a smeg rangehood - unsure of the model - but it is the one with a fluro tube that runs along the rear and is situated undr a plastic cover.. ,y problem is that the tube is not working and I am unable to get the tube out to change it..any ideas please ??

Oven ddor fails to open after selfclean cycle

Cleaning the Control Panel
Do you know how I can clean behind the glass panel on the front of the cooker. This lets liquid and dirt in but it impossible to get behind the glass cover (behind the control knobs) to clean the mess. If there is an engineers manual available this could help.

None of the lights on he underside of my hood are working. I have considered buying replacement bulbs but it seems odd that all four lights would have stopped working at the same time.

Filter Clean Reminder (Metal)
As per the User Guide, after 30 hours of use, the display start flashing "A". I cleaned and re-installed the metal filters. But how do I stop the flashing "A" on the display. I even tried the instructions for the flashing "C" for carbon filters, but that doesn't work.
