  Refrigerator cooling problem
  Americana refrig: freezer is way too cold,
  
  -30 degrees or colder, at all temp control settings, refrigerator does not cool at any setting, and appliance runs constantly.

  Rotten Ice Cream Smell from Refrigerator
  A half gallon of ice cream melted in the freezer then refroze. We cleaned the freezer. Now the smell is almost unbearable. I think their may be a defrost drain or a defrost pan that is clogged with gooey ice cream but I don't know how to get to it and clean it. Can someone help?
