loosing water Lb6t margherita
i found water in the bathroom while the wasching machine was going on...
1) what should I control with this problem?
2) I need help with the filter? have you got any instruction on it or just an image?? i controlled the filter .it's empty, but i need instruction now on putting it again inside i can't remember where should i put the black circle... please help me

dryer stopped heating
Luckily under guarantee so had it fixed free. The guy said the filter was blocked and had to replace the thermostat as this had blown. he left the filter clogged but washed out under the tap. Said said to run the rince spin cycle after drying which seems a bit daft so it would appear to be a design fault and I would like to know if I can check the filter myself without having to call someone as this is a nuisance.
also where can I get an exploded diagram of he machine?
