BURNED EXTENSION CORD

blinking red lights
When the unit is plugged in, the first 3 lights blink red (warm, steam, and white rice). I've looked in the manual, but can't find troubleshooting.

Rice Cooker
The non stick coating in the aluminum pot that the rice cooks in is peeling off in many places. Would like to buy a new pot for it if possible or maybe it's just better to get a new stainless steel cooker.

I cannot figure out why this product came without a manual; I am on the verge of taking it back, I am so frustrated....but thought I would check here to see if anyone knows how to get one. It's not even listed on Aroma's website....can't figure out that one either. Any help would be appreciated.

Digital lights for timer does work
The rice cooker is about one year old, it now doesn't heat. The "Timer light" remains --- it doesn't matter which setting I choose

Go on the Aroma website and they have manuals available for most of their rice cookers. I used the one arc703 and it works great

I have 10 cup stainsteel RC. Suddenly it has stopped working.It does not switch on when u plug it in.Last time when i cooked rice in it there was less water so my rice had burnt little since then i'm unable to swtich it on

Soap taste
Our Rice cooker continues to taste like soap. We have clean it thoroughly with vinegar trying to get out that taste. Do you have
a suggestion? Can you buy new inserts for this model of rice cooker? I cannot believe that this continues to taste and smell like soap. Please advise.
