    freezer runs for 45 minutes then stops, will not resart until it set fot an hour or two. green light on switch is not on.

    my ice maker keeps freezing up and only makes 3 or 4 trays of ice and then it will not make any more ice.

    E-4 ?
    When spinning with a "blanket" load,
    the machine often stops, plays a note or
    two and reads "E-4." I suspect this means overload but can you tell mer
    for sure what this menand. It's not in the manual.
