    heat around oven
    Our ovens are an older stack. We have a tremendous amount of heat around the oven especially when both are on. How high is the oven exhaust hood supposed to be above the oven? Would lowering it down help out? Should a a/c vent be attached to the front of the hood to blow cool air on the operator? Please, please help us out!
