Switch stopped working
The spray switch works fine but the normal vacuum has stopped turning on. We have moved to Australia (Perth) now so not sure where to go for support. I also cannot see where to open and see if it is a simple wire problem. Big Green Cleaning Machine.

I'm housesitting and need to use the vacuum cleaner on a regular basis. How often does the hepa filter need tobe changed? Can it be washed occasionally or must it be purchased?

No cleaning solution comes out on Bissell proheat 2
I have filled both the bladder and solution tanks. I installed them back properly. When I press the trigger no solution comes out and the indicating wheel does not turn. If I push the side nozzle switch solution comes out from the side. Anyone have any ideas?

This went through as vacuum cleaner. It is a carpet cleaner!! Instructions say:" 2 Place tabs on connector into notches in port and turn counter clockwise" Without a diagram I have been unable to know what the tabs are or what the connecter is? Please help Many thanks

Missing part of the inside of the vacuum cleaner
My son threw out the water over the fence after vacuuming and the inside of the vacuum cleaner had tipped out. The next day when we looked it was in pieces.
Is there any way we can buy a new part as we use our big clean green machine once a week without fail.

No Spray

DOESNT SUCK!

I unscrewed the top of the water/solution fill tank, and the bottle cap/insert assembly split into three pieces: a spring, some sortt of nozzle tip and a cylinder. I can't get the thing back together.

Rotating Floor Brush will not rotate
My belt broke and I replaced it with a new size 8 belt. The belt fits very tight, but I am able to get the brush back in postition, but it will not turn. I don't know what the problem is. Even when the belt is not in place and the brush is back in position, it still won't turn.

Hi I bought both belts and installed them myself put everything back like the manual specified but when I start to use it the brush does not spin and when i lift to investigate the problem the gear belt comes offand the roller brush pops off what am i doing wrong
