Brush Wont Spin
Rotating Floor Brush in the vacuum is not receiving any power. Vacum is getting power but the bottom brush wont spin. Any ideas.

How do you detach the vac hose for the handheld tools? My tools do not suck up water/solution any longer.
also how does the front clear return area get cleaned? There are clumps of dirt caught in the clear face...how does that come off?

hand held attachment doesen't spray water? Vac's fine. Took attachment apart and nothing clogged there. I took the screw at bace of shampooer out but the hose will not come off. Is there a proper way to take the hose off to see if there is a clog at the base?

Noise & burnt rubber smell
Bissell 4104 only used 8 times.
I ran over part of cord caused minor cover damage. Repaired cord with elec. tape.
Started vac. loud noise and still smell rubber. Removed bottom, ie page 12, belt runs free, nothing blocking brush.
Started after assembly, same loud noise and smell. Can you help?

Switch stopped working
The spray switch works fine but the normal vacuum has stopped turning on. We have moved to Australia (Perth) now so not sure where to go for support. I also cannot see where to open and see if it is a simple wire problem. Big Green Cleaning Machine.

No cleaning solution comes out on Bissell proheat 2
I have filled both the bladder and solution tanks. I installed them back properly. When I press the trigger no solution comes out and the indicating wheel does not turn. If I push the side nozzle switch solution comes out from the side. Anyone have any ideas?

Missing part of the inside of the vacuum cleaner
My son threw out the water over the fence after vacuuming and the inside of the vacuum cleaner had tipped out. The next day when we looked it was in pieces.
