Answering water dispensing problem
Contact Primo Water Corporation 866-429-7566 to ask for the "Free
Upgrade Kit". This should correct the problem with hot or cold water
not dispensing. The system kit will be replacing the probe assembly
and instructions are included.

are there any other recipies that can be used
I I went and altered the recepies in the manuals as they wern't very expliciate. Still no luck returning my machine tomorrow as I bought it to eat healthier, and found myself adding to much extra to eat it. Awefully dry and heavy.

NICAD CHARGER FOR 5100235-08

Not Working

directions for cooking rice in steamer
Fill water reservoir with cold tap water to appropriate fill line. Do not use wine, broth or other liquids.
Put steaming bowl into the Base.
Add rice and water to Rice bowl.
Place rice bowl with rice and water into the steaming bowl.
Place cover on the steaming bowl.
Set time for desired cooking…

I found a manual for the HS800. It appears that the only differnce between the HS80 and the HS800 is the flavor scenter screen. The steamer guide is printed on the backside of the steamer. Hope this helps.

Directions say to remove battery pack from drill. Cord that plugs into electricity has receptacle at other end that plugs into back of drill body (only hole around). Should the battery pack be placed into drill body to charge?
