bread recipe
The Lunch box sandwich loaf dough was so dry it stopped the machine several times. On my second attempt at making this loaf, I added an egg. I added more water... still too dry. I measured all ingredients carefully. Also... why must I use bread flour? Now I have three types of flour in my house... only two of which I can use in this new machine.

Dough
Machine does not work properly when trying to knead the "Dough" plus, I do not have the manual. This model was given to me with no manual and has never been used beore.
