The Lunch box sandwich loaf dough was so dry it stopped the machine several times. On my second attempt at making this loaf, I added an egg. I added more water... still too dry. I measured all ingredients carefully. Also... why must I use bread flour? Now I have three types of flour in my house.…

How do I remove the lid. A note on the box says that the lid can be removed. That would be handy for cleaning, like the first breadmaker that I had.

The kneading blade doesn't turn

my new machine beeps after 5 minutes of starting the program but continues to go on with the program, but enen 2 hours in the machine will rekneed the bread therefore it doesnt rise and cooks only on the bottom. It looks like l'm making bricks what am i doing wrong.

Baking Pan
I have worn out my mixer paddle and Baking pan.
The seal has worn enough that the liquids leak out when trying to make bread. Is there a way to order a new Baking pan and mixer paddle?
