Cleaning coffeemaker
Can I take the top of my coffeemaker off the base to clean it thoroughly?
It looks like it is made in two parts, however, I cannot see if it could come apart. I do not have the manual.
It is the 12 cup Smart Brew DCM 2000.

Brewer not working
Yes, we have the DLX1050W from wal-mart. We've had it about 2 months and it worked fine till yesterday. The brew wont work nor does the heat plate heat up. Not brewing
My coffee pot stoped brewing when i have it set to start at 6:30am. I have to hold in the START key for about 2 seconds then it brews. any ideas how to fix it?

Leaking Machine
We have a DCM55 4 cup coffee maker. It is a few years old and now leaks coffee everytime I make a brew. Is this just because it is old & I need to buy a new one? Or do I need to clean it in a special way?

Screw-On Lid for Carafe
I've noticed that when I shake the screw-on lid it sounds like there is liquid sloshing around inside of it. I do put it in dishpan when washing it. How did it get in there and when does it come out? Will it go into the coffee? (Yak)

Hello, the appliance I have is the 12-Cup Coffeemaker from Black&Decker Series ABD100/500.
When I plug in and turn on the coffeemaker nothing happens. The water doesn't heat up, it doesn't get dispensed into the holder, the heating plate doesn't heat up. Nothing happens.

DCM55 PROBLEMS IN USING
I bought this coffee maker 2 days ago. But the water does not filter down the permanent filter. I put the coffee power in the permanent filter and on that i put the plastic mesh type filter. But all the water does not drain down on the Carafe.
