Rice Cooker Plus
I don't remember the proportions of rice/water to use in my B&D Rice Cooker Plus. And I can't find the exact model online. I don't have a 1000 or 1050. Just a plain "Plus" ... Can anyone help me?

wont stop beeping
Every time we use the steamer, during cooking time, regardless of the water levels the machine constantly beeps flashing the water level indicator and then starts to cook again ... this happens every minute or so and is quite annoying!! What would be causing this and and what can we do to fix it?

cooking rice
I tried to cook the rice as instructed but it didnt work... all I had left was a bowl of rice and beef broth (after 55 minutes!!)

not working
I can't seem to get the cooker to go from the warm setting to the cook setting and the rice never cooks. I have only used it a couple of times. I love it but can't seem to get it to work.

problem!
I have used it less than 5 times and I tried using it today but it wouldn't start cooking, it just stays on warm. When I push down the button it quickly lights up and then goes to warm. I either want it fixed or my money back.

I have a Blacker & Decker Handy Steamer model HS80. I've never used it and would like to know how. Just for rice (jasmine rice). Could any one please just tell me how much liquid to rice ratio????

I do not have the measuring scoop, so I don't know how much rice to add per 3,4,5,6, and 7 marks of water. Can you help me? This is for the RC400 cooker.
