hi i made a loaf of bread but it came out doughy i used 600grams flour 420 mls water and 1 1/2 teaspoons of yeast i have got a bb250 can you please help me

with every breadmaker you put the ingrediants in depending on the breadmaker can you tell me in what order you put them in with this one as bread comes out very heavy like a cake

I've inherited this breadmaker without the guidebook. Breville say they can't help as it's "obsolete"...
