Grill Stuck in Upright Position
I have one of these grills and one day when I was done using it, I lifted the lid and now it is stuck. That 1 inch metal thing in the back somehow flipped so that it is not letting the top piece flex around, thus the back the top half cannot pass by the back of the bottom half. Its hard to explain…

doesnt sound too good
microwave started to make bumming noise and cuts out completely after 4mins or so microwaving, oven @grill ok so far switches back on after 15-20 mins

NO USER MANUAL
I know this machine is very simple to use but there are no safety instructions whatsoever. I would have expected a cautionary note somewhere as high temperatures are involved.
