governor spring
This engine is on a go-kart. We bought a new governor spring for it and when we start the engine now, it doesn't just idle. It makes the go-kart take off right away and then it stalls. What are we doing wrong? How can we adjust the governor spring?

Governer
The motor does not respond to a load increase on the blades. Springs for regulation of the carbarator are their but the rpms fail to increase. How should these springs be positioned on the moveable part to govern the motor?

020250 pressure washer won't start
It does not act like it wants to start when rope pulled. I put in a new plug. Checked air filter. Fuel lines look ok as far as I can tell. Has always started easy. The last time I used it it started hard. If you moved the linkage a certain way it killed the motor, like it grounded it out. Ple…

sears tiller making loud noise
i have an old sears tiller model 917.299250. It makes a loud screeching noise when i put it in gear. i have never greased the transmission. im not sure if it needs it or how its done. any help

The primer on my mower burst.
I can see it was weather damaged.
It burst one day when I was trying to prime it.
I pulled out and I saw some kind of red residues , don't know if it's left overs from the rubber (?) red button or some kind of glue.

Air Cleaner Problem
I have an Eager-1 3.8 hp edger I bought from Sears. The plastic air cleaner broke off. It looks like I need the part that screws on to the carburator also. Evidently Sears doesn't stock parts for ths.

Briggs & Stratton 310707 engine
I'm replacing the blown engine on my 16.5 hp mtd lawn tracter . I removed the bolt for the engine pully but I can't get the pully off. It's a double pully, a small one above and a large one below. The large one is too big to get through the hole on the mower frame.
