  Wire that connects damper to motor
  I opened my Broan to clean it and the wire that connects to the motor that goes around and lifts and closes the damper was hanging off. What is the right way to reinstall -- which angle which direction.

  Since nut was stripped unable to count the number of revolutions to remove it. So, how can I position the new nut properly?

  Unit always goes into defrost cylce
  The unit always goes into defrost cycle when it is turned on, then it shuts off after 3 minutes. Does anyone know how to prevent this. There is not any frost in the unit it is 60 degrees out.

  circuit has power, light bulbs ok but fan and lights do not work when buttons on control panel are pushed. Fan speed indicator lights do work.

  stuck ram
  The ram on my Broan compactor goes down but doesn't come back up. The motor keeps running. If I push up on the ram I can make it catch and it goes back up.
