  Leaking coffeemaker
  During the brewing process the product leaks heated water from the base; about 7-8 oz. It does not leak coffee so I assume that it is in the hot water delivery mechanism prior to reaching the ground coffee.

  The coffee maker quit making coffee. The light comes on but it will not brew the coffee. Is there a reset button?

  Water Reservoir Problem
  Coffeemaker will not draw all water out of reservoir in brew cycle. Approx 4 cups of water remain in reservoir when brewing stops. Any fixes?

  Need owners manual
  "cup at a time" 12 cup coffee maker that we bought for the office. Worked great for a while, but then wouldn't turn on. After 3 days, it worked again, then off, then on, then hasn't worked again. HELP!

  DCC-2400STR MEASURING PROBLEMS
  have the dcc-2400 str model. My wife has a heck of a time measuring when she puts in the water, if she measures out the cups it comes out way wrong...is there a simple way to do this?? Thanks in advance.

  wont turn on
  The 1-4 light in the middle always goes on, but the start button wont turn on. therefore, it is not working. any ideas on what might be wrong and how i might be able to fix it?
