the on/off button of my MPK8854 is stuck. the mp3 player won't turn on any more. where/how can I get it serviced?

touch screen does not respond

cant get it ti download music & videos
the users manuel that comes with this product is useless!!!!! I have tried everything to download music that I have purchased on Itunes with no luck!! It tells u to open the disc icon, what is this disc icon?????? you really need to make the manuel much more clear!!!!

After I connected the curtis mp3 player to my laptop, it has not viewed clearly. The screen has not shown clearly data. There has been a scintillating area on the screen when I turn on it.

In Need Of Advice .....
I have a problem! i have the CURTIS MPK7836UK 4GB, i have 400 songs which takes up only half of the space, but when i play the song i want to, it plays a few seconds of the song i want then skipps onto the next song.
Can you give me some advice please?
Also i can not find any game for the product…

I cannot access my MP3 player.I get an error message saying it does not recognize the USB..I have tried reinstalling the drivers with the cd that came with it,but still does not work.Player itself works great but I can't add songs or check what I have on it.I am wondering if the USB cable is bad?

it seems that there is a preset of 1 minute on all videos we try to play...looked in manual, cannot seem to find answer...how do I change the preset minute..or remove it so my kids can watch for longer than a minute of video

I have recently brought the MPK2066UK 2GB with 1.5" screen, i was wondering how long it takes to fully charge i seem to have been charging it for a while but nothing, im going to leave it charging overnight to see if it makes a difference. if not then i will return!!!
