I am not able to see video on my MPK2066 2 GB MP3 Player. After transferring the video file it isn't opening. Please send me a step by step manual to be able to see the videos.

Is my DVD is a lemon?
My remote control does notwork. There are NEW battery in it. I cannot operate DVD, using it.
DVD DOES not work in manual mode either.I could not remove DVD until I unplugged the machine, and even after unplugging and plugging it back DVD still did not function.
Why this company is still in business?

formats that the player supports
when i burn a cd it does not play on cd. i have done before and it has worked good on wma format now i do the sane but it does not wori i feet it may be the wma encoder needs adjusting. which does the player supports?

Can't load pictures
I can only get as far as hooking the usb cord up from the computer to the frame. I can't find any instructions about how to download pictures from my PC to the frame. I have been trying for 2 days......Help!

I cannot access my MP3 player.I get an error message saying it does not recognize the USB..I have tried reinstalling the drivers with the cd that came with it,but still does not work.Player itself works great but I can't add songs or check what I have on it.I am wondering if the USB cable is bad?

Wiring sound to the DVD
We just purchased a new camper that has a curtis DVD player and we were situation th DVD player and it fell off the shelf. When it did so, all the speaker wires fell out of the terminals. Just wondering were they all fit in? We have 12 wires. 5 solid white, 1 solid Black, 1 gray with black strip…

everything is correctly connected. i cannot set up channels, it will only read the tv analog, not the cable channels when i use the channel setup. i have check the cable box while doing initial setup, i get one channel and it reads NTSC analog. Can you help

While attempting to get a video to play "full size' on my tv, and while I was in the menu area, I believe I accidently hit s-cable instead of letterbox and my screen went blank. I can no longer access the setup menu on the dvd player. Can this be fixed? Thanks, Mike.

The picture went out and the green light blinks. we unplugged and tried to reset when you turn it back on you can see the Curtis for a second than it goes blank again also the remote will not work to turn it off or on we have only had this for about 7 months so much for curtis

MP3 Dongle not recognised
I have tried a few USB keys with MP3s on it, and my mobile phone connected to the Stereo and nothing has been recognised by the Stereo (also my mums personal MP3 player with USB connection)
This was one of the reasons I bought the Stereo for my family and one for my mother.
