power box behind the power button!
the black box under the white metal jacket with the cords attached is not working! we called and got the replacement part now the problem is how do i put it back! Im not sure which wires go where! if anyone could help that would be awsome!

Danby Dehumidifer
I have a danby dehumidifer its about 2yrs old. It is not working anymore. When it cuts out the green light flashes and it will not cut in anymore. If i leave it unplug for a couple of day it will cut in and stay on for a bout 5 minutes then the light flashes again

Leaky Pump
Just bought it for 95 bucks, They said they were selling it cause they were moving. Anyway, got it home and it leaks.
The pump is leaking around the seal at the top that is around the drive shaft of the motor.
I can't get the impeller off to look at the seal. How do I do it without breaking …

removing water from unit
Hello - I have a Danby dehumidifier DDR501 (5yrs old) and need to know how to remove water stored inside the unit. the front loading bucket is empty, but there is def. water inside. The 2 hose attachments are not letting any out.

microwave oven
after 5 minutes it just shuts off there is plenty of space all around it for ventalation but it over heats. there is a piece of cardboard on the roof inside but it is not mentioned in the manual what could be the problem

Danby A/C water level error
My DPAC10030 keeps reverting to fan indicating the water needs to be dumped. The issue is, there hardly is any water or none at all.
Has anyone else had this problem? I didn't think to phone the 1-800 number but the line is always busy.

Dehumidifier runs on low speed then after a few minutes switches to high speed with a "P-1" indicated in the LED.
The manual I have doesn't explain what P-1 (or anything else) means.

this product is not removing any moisture
The product runs but does not remove a drop of moisture from the air whether it is on continuous mode or not. No longer under warranty.

not cycling properly...
NOt working thu the beginning of the cycle, the soap is running out of the container and not distributed during cycle...I find the soap clumped at the bottom fhe machine when it's finished.

Air conditioner swing fan does not work
I removed top cover and found red wire not connected. Only place I found is P1 on circuit board for this connection. Everything else is working properely.
