Grate Bumper Feet for DCS CT-365SS
Spoke with DCS and they no longer carry grate bumpers for the CT-365SS -- did anyone else with this cooktop find a replacement for the bumper feet?

Need to replace the light switch. Any idea where i can get one? Please do not give me the phone of Fisher & Paykel Appliances. They have the worst customer service. Plus, I could hardly understand the rep from the heavy English or New Zealand accent.

Ignitor clicking
The ignitor will not stop clicking even when all burners are on. The bottom left burner sometimes will not come on.
This often happens after I have cleaned the stovetop.

Popping noise when trying to use self clean
Went to use the self clean, door locks, but then all that happens is a popping sound, quiet for a bit, then pop again.
Suspect this is how oven gives error codes, but don't have a list of what those would mean. Anyone here know?

DCS-366 dual-fuel electric oven will not turn on
Last night we had a small grease fire in the bottom of the oven. I turned off the oven and I put out the fire with baking soda. I turned the oven back on and the heating element DID turn back on, for only about 3 minutes. Then the element turned itself off and will not come on again. The upper broil…

Control temperature dial is problem
every time cook is burn out even dial set at 350, 1 Hr the

Error code on control
Bottom oven gets what looks like ER code after setting temp and beginning the process to start heating, top over is OK, is there a reset? or some way to self treat? manual gives no troubleshooting insight

Large Oven Not Working
Oven not getting hot. Spoke to technical support maybe a K3 relay. Oven is a 2001 Dual Fuel Gas Grill, Convention with self cleaning. Orignial though it was thermest and replaced.

Manual & lighting problems
We would really like to have a manual if one is out there. My other problem is getting the burners to lite from the pilot. The pilot works on all three center locations, but only 1 or 2 burners will lite. Pilot has been adjusted and it doesn't make a difference if it is high or low. Any ideas?
