How to disassemble
Need to replace the "water tank" which is a small plastic part hidden inside the guts of the machine. A hose connection tab on it's bottom is broken off. How do I get it out and get the new one in ?

Cant identify part
There is a 1/2 "X4" piece of plastic that fell off my filter basket I think. I dont know how to reattatch it or where it goes. It does not appear on any of your diagrams. Please adive how to re-attatch it. Thanks

resetting to factory setting
Is there a way to bring it back to the factory settings, I tried to change the cappachino setting to dispense a little more milk,,,and now it would dispense coffee after the milk,,,and if I ask for a short shot,,,,it just keeps going and starts spitting out water...Any help??

Problem with heater
This is the classical Delonghi oil filled electric heater. The output (temp) adjustment switch is broken. It appearently shorted out.
Any idea on replacement parts? Searching online I see the on/off switch but not the temp. adjustment dial.

Strange Smell
When working, the unit makes an unpleasant smell - it is not a burning smell, more like a strong mustiness. Any ideas how to put this right as it's so strong we don't want to use the machine any more. thanks

Flame going out
My Blue Flame Gas Heater won't stay lit. It has been on for two hours then switched itself off...I lit it again and it did the same thing i.e. switched itself off. I had a new gas cylinder fitted yesterday.

Unit will not turn back on
DeLonghi Pinguino Pac L90 air conditioner shows F with upside F code in green on display panel and can't turn the unit back on. I reset the plug in but when I turn the unit on it kicks off the button that is on the plug in switch

Fan? Noise.
After the oven has been on for about 10 minutes there is a loud tapping sound that does not stop until you turn the oven off.
I do not have a manual to refer to as I purchased the house in August 08 and the oven was already here.
Please help.

Coffee Pot will not brew coffee
