not running
Unit will no longer start; it kicked the circuit breaker and blew the onboard fuse. Replaced the fuse and it did the same thing.

gas is hooked up correct pressure , but no gas going through the unit no pilot light just nothing no smell ??? nothing going from inlet to the unit if i unscrew it then you smell the propane.

Keroses heater

I have 2 fireplaces and have never been able to turn the control knob; consequently, when the pilot light goes out, I'm unable to ignite the pilot light. I have the manual and follow it explicitly. Please, what do I do other than a service call that has become quite costly and inconvenient?

Pilot light/ gas valve
My gas log fire place pilot light will only be burning for about 15 to 20 minutes and goes out.
If I can get the fireplace to light the unit will burn for about 20 minutes and the gas valve will make a clicking noise and the whole unit will go out including the pilot light.

I have had this ventless fireplace for approx 4 years. It is producing significant
soot (walls, ceilings, drapes etc)

I have the LFP33PR logs with the circulation blower. I would like to get a thermostat kit installed to make my logs the primary heat for my home. Do you sell such a kit or do I need to install it into the automatic/manual switch? My only concern with that is safeties not installed?

Heater shuts off after about 5 minutes of running

FAS-30BB not staying lit
completelt shuts down after 15 seconds.(pilot and all) Ran well for 5 years. no changes I can think of to it or it's surroundings.prior to this it smelled of burnt gas.
