  Need manual and/or installation instructions. I have the oven, new in the box, with no manual on installation. Do I need other pieces?

  The light inside the oven is burned,(when I open the door) so where is it located in order to change it? Not the ones for the cooktop, but inside the microwave.

  improper heating
  Does not heat up properly. When I set the convection oven to preheat to 450 degrees it reaches 310 degrees. When I set preheat to 325 degrees, it heats to 100 degrees
