    What metal trays or shelves do I need to remove from the oven when using the microwave function? Can I leave any of them in place?

    Oven switching itself off before cooking complete
    The over turns itself off after a short while. Can I not switch it on, set the temperature and turn it off when I am ready. The manual seems to suggest that you have to pre-determine the length of cooking time at the outset. There does not seem to be a way of cooking manually. Sorry to trouble you. The oven belongs to an elderly friend and I promised to try and find out for her. Many thanks in anticipation
