Active fridge too warm

temperature control & changing light bulb
Recently we have had problems with items freezing in various areas. The setting was 5 & must have been bumped as I remenber 4 seems to be the default setting to keep the temperature @ 2-3 degrees, any help would be greatly appreciated. I would also like to know how to change the light

not defrosting with 3 beeps

freezes ok but
dose not defrost. ... after a while due to frost buildup freezing is reduced to fridge style temp and fridge not so cool. is not any blockage, or seals.....must be timer? or other defrost mechanism....which one do you think it is? Cheers

Unit not cold enough
Is it true that this could be caused by excessive ice build up in the unit. Not defrosting properly. Switching the unit off and let it manually defrost ? Then reset temps to standard. Then test again later ?

How do I get the fridge into defrost mode. The coil is icing up. I know you can defrost by pressing the temperature select buttons but I do not know the combination

Correct temp in fridge and freezer?
Not sure what dial should be set to, to make temp in fridge correct. Dial reads 1-7, but not sure whether this is degrees Celcius?
Also not sure what temp should be in the freezer, or how to regulate this.
Unable to locate manual, pls send if available.

Need advice
Every 3-4 hours the bottom freezer will alarm. We have to keep reseting it. No apparent ice up or loss of coldness

I have an older F&P fridge with the pull out vege drawer on the bottom, I have lost the manual, can anyone tell me what settings the thermostat should be on, I have recently had a new one installed but everything is freezing.

hello we have just moved and love our active smart fridge, the one with double door fridge and freezer drawer, the problem is evertime I open the fridge or freezer the fridge non stop beebs.

Two beeps
Every time I open the fridge door (not the freezer) I get two beeps. This doesn't happen if I swith off and on again but returns after a couple of days. Does anyone know what the beeps signify? What should I do?

intermittent normal function
Green reset light blinking,

and warning whistle audible .All this can be overcome by switching mains
power off several times .
