  needing a manual
  I bought this icemaker a few months ago (now discontinued on the compact appliances website) and the contractor did not leave the manual when he installed it. Can I get a manual?

  Franklin Chef FIM70 - 65 lbs ice maker
  has a problem producing ice after the 1st batch. During a ice harvest, not enough water is replenished in the basin, The water pump and solenoid appear to be functioning but not giving enough water for the next ice making..since water is not replenished to a higher level, the spraying nozzles do not get enough water half way through the next cycle & the water pump starts to suck air. If I add more water myself, it works fine..

  Not making ice
  The "full' light on the icemaker comes on when it is not full, and it refuses to make more ice.
