will not spray water
frigidaire fdb2310lcc2 dishwasher,, will fill bottom of washer with water, then u hear the pump or motor trying to run, but will not spray under pressure. when you hit the cancel button, the pump will pump out the water from the bottom of dishwasher

I popped out the self-cleaning filter after taking the glass filter out and I can't get the self-cleaning filter popped back in. I was checking to see if there was silt under the filter.

It appears that the steam(condensation) is not venting properly. I do not notice anything coming from the vents of the door at the top corners. The dishes seem to dry fairly well. Is there anything wrong?

When starting, water stops running after two minutes
When I try to use normal cycle and press start I can hear the water running with LED light showing 93 then stops when LED shows 91, but indicator lights are still on and I can smell the coils burning. It doesn't do anything with no sound of washing. Please help with any ideas. Thank you very much.

Not draining
It's filling up but isn't draining. The disposer is empty, drain hose in not kinked and the cycle was completed. I have no idea what a knockout plug is or where it's located. I have taken what can be taken apart and cleaned it very well. What could be the problem?

Won't run full cycle
Dishwater had a hose blow out a week ago. Fixed today. Control panel not really responding. Will only start in Normal Wash mode. It runs for a few minutes and then display flashes "37", "38", "39" seemingly randomly. It has also flashed "2". Any help is appreciated.
