Can You Help With This Problem?

  • Posted by ron.waddell on Jun 8th, 2009 at 12:14pm

No voltage at the bake element
The lower bake element was not heating, so I ck the voltage where the wires connect to the element and read zero voltage. Everything else on the stove appears to be working fine including the convection motor, the read out display and the top element. I can hear a relay operating but still zero volts. I assume I have a broken wire or connection or bad relay.

Where is the relay? How do I get to it? Any other suggestions will be greatly appreaciated.
    Thanks
    Ron
