  18 yr/old convection door lock will not release. don't have instruction manual. need soon! can't give number as door is locked. large size oven. think it is EB388

  how to use with symbols
  not sure if the oven is broke or i don't understand the combination to turn it on have one dial that brings up stove icons, and a dial with my heat range... other buttons on right seem not to work... could only get it to clean last night... nothing else

  Dial and one button missing
  One of the buttons below the clock on the front is missing. Also, the major dial for controlling temperature is missing. I was hoping to get those two parts, and a full user manual. I love my stove!!
