Dishsoap dispenser will not latch
The detergent dispenser will not latch closed. And I melted the rinse agent plug because I could not find it when I installed the dishwasher.

stuck on normal
Stuck on normal and I can't change or select any other buttons. It just beeps and won't complete a cycle. Gets hot and just makes soap suds.
