No Heat
Microwave is five months old. Everything works as it should (turntable, display, etc) but it only blows does not heat.
Tried ajusting heat and get message that it is unable to adjust temperature at this time. Shows it is still on level 10.
Any ideas?

runs constantly not heating

Noisy and not smooth turntable

Sound familer? many times when we go to use the oven we get a slight shock from the handle and the programing goes phfft,
the programing is gone...only way to use it is by unplugging it and reinserting the plug and reprogramming...

What wattage
