How to tighten loose handle?

What do I use to tighten it?
I used a flashlight to look in the screw-hole, but see only a threaded hole. I don't see a screw head or a hex, star, or torx shape in there. How does this work?

I have the "Use and Care" manual but I would like to find the Installation manual for this 25 year old side-by-side refrigerator. I need to adjust the doors not to hit each other. I have adjusted the height and that helps but does not fully solve the problem.

I looked on another website and it said that the unit was in demo mode. The instructions were to hold the freezer ste and ice off keys together for 3 seconds, the model does not have an ice off button. It's a GE side by side Model - PSS2%NGNA WW is not listed in the available models.on this site
