  it should be easy!
  i'm babysitting at a house that owns the brew station pro, and i can't figure out how to make a cup of coffee! is is more difficult than just turning it on? there's coffee in the filter, and water in the tank, so i don't know what i'm doing wrong!

  I am trying to steam rice
  I put the amount of water and rice that is specified on the cooker, but it didn't get very hot. There was a little steam inside, but it had not cooked. Is it toast?
