  This Station was given to me , And it was working fine, Then one day it started only brewing one cup at a time .
  
  If I turn it off and then back on it will brew one more cup , so to get 12 cups I have to do the turn off thing 12 times. Can you help to fix it?

  i'm babysitting at a house that owns the brew station pro, and i can't figure out how to make a cup of coffee! is is more difficult than just turning it on? there's coffee in the filter, and water in the tank, so i don't know what i'm doing wrong!
